Refund Policy
At Planning Joy, LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and valuable resources to every client. Because our offerings include both personalized event planning services and digital products, our refund policy differs based on the type of purchase.

Event Planning Services
Our event planning services require significant time, preparation, and coordination. Once services have been reserved, we begin dedicating resources to your event.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your event date and planning services and compensates Planning Joy, LLC for reserving time and resources on your behalf.

Client Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your event planning services:

All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable for services already performed.

Any remaining balance for services not yet rendered may be waived at the sole discretion of Planning Joy, LLC, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined in your signed service agreement.

Expenses already incurred on your behalf, including vendor payments, travel expenses, materials, or administrative costs, remain your responsibility.
Event Postponements
We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling an event. We will make every reasonable effort to transfer services to a new date based on our availability. Additional fees may apply if significant replanning or coordination is required.

If you have concerns regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to working collaboratively to resolve issues whenever possible.
Digital Products & Resources
Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Workbooks

Downloadable guides

Digital toolkits

Educational resources
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.
Download Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly assist you in accessing your files or provide a replacement download when appropriate.
Exceptional Circumstances
Planning Joy, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis when circumstances warrant, at our sole discretion.
